Curtis’ Day
Curtis had to urgently setup a laptop this morning, but it was in Denver, so he had to do it all remotely, with a bit of help from someone at that office.
Curtis got that laptop setup and then had his weekly team meeting.
After that, he did a few tickets and a bit of research for a problem before having another quick project meeting.
After that meeting, he ate lunch and then did more tickets and finished the day off with some training.
Kim’s Day
Kim had a few things to work on for the summer parties while her colleague is away. She had to send a few chasers so Kim started with the small message reminders and then drafted up the larger email reminders and got those sent out. She kept an eye on the responses and made notes throughout the day.
Kim also updated the visitor forms and uploaded those to the Wiki. She went through the paperwork for the meeting that is happening on Thursday and confirmed the plan for tomorrow with the drinks vendor.
In the mid afternoon Kim sent out a laptop and welcome kit for a new hire. She then had to call UPS as she couldn’t figure out the billing system, she eventually managed to find another workaround.
For the late afternoon Kim worked on the quiz. She managed to get quite a bit done. She changed one question from the quiz she had already completed and managed to finish about 10, more questions for the 2nd quiz round for the UK.
Evening
We had really tasty paprika chicken with a mustard/cream sauce, homemade potato crisps and peas.
We ate our dinner and then played a game of mini golf, and watched some TV.
