Curtis’ Day
Curtis got ready for the day and then made himself lunch and some coffee for the day.
Curtis then left the apartment and walked down to the office to work from there for the day.
Curtis got to the office and right from there he had a lot of work to do!
He did a lot of tickets and he had someone in the office mention that they had an issue, which he fixed very quickly!
Shortly after, another new person came to the office to work and the desk they were assigned was setup for a Windows machine and not a Mac, so Curtis had to assist with that. Unfortunately, the monitors were being a pain, but he got that sorted, too.
After that, he did some more tickets and then had lunch.
After lunch, he did some feedback for some colleagues and did his own, too, which helps with compensation reviews.
Curtis then had to give someone monitors, but when he took monitors there, he realised that there were no monitors that fit on those monitor arms, so he had to swap the arms out too, and then connect some monitors.
Curtis did that and then did some admin, then headed home. A very busy but productive day!
Kim’s Day
A lot of Kims day was working on the main event for the summer parties and she managed to get a lot of the grunt work done of one aspects. Thats 1 of 8 done! Kim still has to transfer the research and work from today unto the right media and pretty it up, but its a big step in the right direction.
Kim took so many calls today too, which kept interrupting her flow! One call was actually for Kim and she spoke with the building manager about a few things, so that was great!
In the afternoon Kim had a catch up with a teammate which was so nice! Shortly after that call they were both on another call with another teammate going over how Kim can help them iver the next few weeks. It was great to understand the project a little more.
At the end of the day Kim set up a few things for tomorrow and then returned some shoes on her way home!
The NHL Is Back!
Curtis watched the Leafs game this evening after work, which was a strange feeling but he is very happy hockey is back! This is just an exhibition game, but the Leafs won, which was awesome.
After this, Kim made a delicious Mexican chicken salad and we watched some YouTube videos.
We then got very engrossed in a new game they released today called Grounded – it was pretty fun and took some getting used to, but must have been good as we played for a couple of hours!
Kim then watched some of the office and Curtis played some games.
