Place 72 – Day 292: Vancouver, BC – Homemade Butter Chicken!

Curtis’ Day

Curtis had a normal start to the morning. He was able to get some admin done but also had to answer some questions from people.

Curtis did a few tickets. Curtis helped get someone a license for some software, which took a bit of time to figure out how they want that setup.

Once he did that, Curtis got some statistics and usage information exported for someone, which also took some time as it is a bit of a mundain task, but had to be done.

Curtis got someone back up and running after helping them clear a lot of wasted space taken up on their laptop.

Once he did that, he got started with his newest project. He had to make a mock-up of a page but on 2 different platforms to see what looks best. This took the whole afternoon, but he did it!

Kim’s Day

Kim started tbe day by helping with one of the company wide calls. After this she spent some time working through some of the postal project she has ans she made a good amount of progress again, which is great.

She was then emailed by her manager to help with a quick task of finding the appropriate links for the list of sites she had. So Kim got that sorted and sent that back over. As a follow up to the meeting Kim update the Wiki and sent out an email for people to be able to find it.

Kim spent a lot of the afternoon working on the sales project. She managed to get one half of it done and thats great because she has really been neglecting it!

Homemade Butter Chicken!

Kim made butter chicken from scratch!

It was fairly simple to make, but very, very delicious! It didn’t take too long, she just had to marinate the chicken and then it was pretty much ready to cook.

Along with this, we made coconut rice and had some roti & poppadoms!

A great dinner made from scratch.

We watched some TV and played some games, but Kim has to be up earlier tomorrow so we went to bed early.

This Time Last Year!
