Curtis’ Day
Curtis had a lot of tickets to get done or chase up on today, so that kept him nice and busy, as well as a few new tickets he had to pick up.
Curtis had a call with a user and also an external support team to try and figure out an issue, which took about 45 minutes.
Curtis didn’t know how to do something he had seen a ticket for, so after he tested the boardroom to ensure it was working for a meeting, he did a 30 minute call with someone on his team so they could show him what to do.
After getting that done, Curtis had lunch and then after lunch, he had some project work to do, which was mostly just developing and writing up a process as well as creating a flow chart for it.
Once that was done, Curtis walked home.
Kim’s Day
Kim doesn’t really have much to report on today! She spent her her morning organising a meeting room for someone so had to kick people put of one and find others for them and talking with a hotel in regards to some local accommodation that needs to be booked.
For the afternoon Kim was talking with all the vendors for the holiday party and taking a fair few incoming calls. She also ordered the regular pizza for tomorrow.
That’s it in a nutshell really!
Helpin’ Out
Curtis got home crazy fast and watched the Leafs game, where they did very well!
As well as that, Curtis washed his hockey kit and folded and put away some laundry that we had out.
Kim got home briefly and then went back out again to go and help out at pole.
Kim went to the pole studio to help out at reception. This involved greeting people, handing out wrist bands and answering any questions when the receptionist was busy. As a result of helping, Kim now has a spare class!
After Kim’s pole help, she came home and had some dinner, then went up to the supermarket to get a few things.
We watched some TV and Kim ordered some things she needed for the holiday party.
