Curtis’ Day;
Curtis got to the office quite early but didn’t have much to do at all.
Curtis found something to do to keep him busy, until he received a couple of emails with some things to do.
After getting these done, it was again quite quiet until around 12:50 when there was a phone call to say that a client down in wellington had no internet connection!
Curtis and his boss investigated for a bit and tried to get a hold of them, but once they did get a hold of someone it seemed to fix itself. That was good, as Curtis had his company Christmas lunch.
The accountants had prepared a large feast and some of Curtis’ colleagues’ family came to celebrate also.
There was a large assortment of meats as well as many vegetables and bread rolls, followed by cheesecake, pavlova & fruit salad.
Curtis was given a leaving gift of a pair of winter gloves, which is incredibly useful as he doesn’t currently have any.
This lunch went on for a couple of hours and then everyone cleaned up, but Curtis had some work to get done. Shortly after, Curtis said his last goodbyes to some people and then drove home. Tomorrow is his last day!
Both of us;
Kim came home briefly but had to go to an appointment, so Curtis drove her there. After this was done and Curtis picked her up, we came back home and had some risotto.
Kim went out to see Tabitha and had a delicious dessert as usual!
Kim got home after this and it was quite late, so we sorted things out and then it was bed time!
Poroporoaki!
