This morning, we hit 10,000 blog views! Thank you to everyone for reading our blog posts, sharing and interacting. Here’s to another year or so, eh?
Today Kim had a nice chilled day, obviously.
She spent the morning relaxing and watching TV again.
She then headed out early afternoon to pop to the shops to grab stuff for dinner.
Kim went to three shops before she managed to find some 5 spice to go in the Vietnamese pork belly that she was making.
She got home and prepared the pork before realising that she had nothing to go with it. So she headed back out to pick up chicken and sweet corn soup, asparagus, broccoli and teriyaki rice paper rice rolls.
Once she was back at home again Kim finished prepping dinner.
Curtis got stuck in traffic on his way to work this morning so arrived slightly late. He was unable to have his morning coffee right away as he had some urgent work to do which took an hour and a half so he didn’t have coffee until then!
Curtis had some project related things to do as well as some cases so was pretty busy all day.
A woman came into our office at lunchtime and asked if we want to sign up for a limited time offer of 80% discount for paintballing. We thought it was a bit of an odd offer so we declined!
Curtis left at 16:30 and drove home, again hitting traffic.
Both of us;
Curtis got home and waited for Kim to get home from the supermarket.
Once Kim got home she started to make dinner. We had marinated pork belly with marinated asparagus and broccoli as well as some chicken teriyaki rice paper rls and chicken and sweetcorn soup.
We polished this off and then watched TV with some south African wine!
