Today Kim was far less lazy than usual!
Kim woke up late as she was on a late start but got stuff done before work today. Kim headed out and got the apartment a microwave! It now means that the kitchen is pretty much complete.
When Kim got back she decided to rearrange the bedroom again and noted the furniture so it uses the space better.
After this Kim had some leftover veggies from the roast for lunch and then headed into work.
Kim thought she was on a reception shift today but was apparently wrong! She was on restaurant, this meant that Kim swapped out her white shirt and cardigan for a black team polo shirt as it is less hot.
The shift went really well, there were no power cuts today! For the main part of her shift Kim was on bar and managing the team until Narina came in later in the afternoon.
Towards the end of her shift, Kim designed the sign outside ready for tomorrow, which is nice and relaxing.
For dinner Kim had crispy chicken! it was delicious!
Kim then drove home and then sat around chatting with our flatmate.
Just before bed Kim had a nice phone call with Curtis.
Curtis was up at 07:00 to get ready to get to the client nice and early.
Curtis and Colten went to the bar in the hotel for breakfast and got a buffet.
Once they ate, they made their way to the client which is just a 5/10 minute drive.
They got there and wanted to start working but had to wait for someone to send them information and then they got on with it.
They managed to migrate 4 machines during the day but added the remote access software to two more to complete in the evening.
They then went for lunch around 14:00. They went to the supermarket and got a kumara roti Thai wrap and a BBQ pork bao.
Curtis and Colten then went back to the hotel to continue working.
Colten went for a meeting and Curtis worked until around 17:30.
At 19:30, Curtis and Colten went for dinner at a ramen place and it was delicious! Curtis got a spicy pork ramen.
At about 20:50, they drove back to the hotel to continue with work and worked for a lot of the night.
The plan is for them to go into the office a little later tomorrow to make up for the time worked tonight!
